Chocolate Ganache - White Chocolate 500g

Ready to use, delicious white chocolate ganache made with pure cream and Cadbury chocolate buttons. Sold in 500g containers, it is perfect for icing cupcakes, filling cakes, making truffles or just having with dessert!

This is the same ganache we use on our own cakes (see more at StudioCakes.com.au) so you can be confident you're getting the same product that professional decorators use.

Pending the weather, white chocolate ganache is made between a 1:3.5 to 1:4 ratio.

Hi, is this ganache suitable for a base underneath fondant for a wedding cake? Does it set smooth and hard?

Hello! Yes you are correct, it is made to go underneath fondant. It sets firm at room temperature. We recommend still storing your cakes in air-conditioning in the summer.
